Ross Priory Wedding Photography | Chinese-Scottish Wedding Celebrations
Ross Priory on the banks of Loch Lomond is truly a hidden gem for weddings — offering breathtaking views, historic charm, and a peaceful, intimate setting. Recently, I had the incredible privilege of photographing a beautifulChinese-Scottish weddingat Ross Priory, complete with a traditional tea ceremony, joyful outdoor celebrations, and an evening full of laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments.
The day began with the deeply meaningful Chinese tea ceremony, surrounded by family and friends in the elegant rooms of Ross Priory. It was a wonderful way to honor heritage and family before moving on to the full day’s celebrations.
Ross Priory’s gardens and grounds, with sweeping views across Loch Lomond and the surrounding hills, provided the perfect setting for relaxed, natural photos. Guests mingled on the lawns, enjoyed the stunning scenery, and celebrated in the gentle Scottish breeze — moments that made for beautiful, candid storytelling photography.
As the evening arrived, Ross Priory came alive with celebrations of first dances to energetic ceilidh dancing. The historic house created an intimate but lively space for everyone to enjoy. Capturing these genuine, joyful moments is exactly why I love photographing weddings at Ross Priory.
My approach to wedding photography is always relaxed and natural, allowing you to enjoy your day fully while I capture all the authentic moments that truly tell your story. Having experience photographing multicultural weddings, includingChinese-Scottish weddings, I appreciate the importance of blending traditions, capturing family connections, and celebrating every part of the journey.
