Glenapp Castle was the chosen wedding venue for an elopement for our couple from New York in the USA. Private grounds, an intimate outdoor ceremony at a Scottish castle steeped in history with spectacular views across to the famous Ailsa Craig.
Many opt for the smaller wedding for several reasons and Glenapp Castle certainly excels in this area with great flexibility in where the ceremony is held, either inside or outside the castle. The Italian Gardens was the area of choice for Joanee and Andrew with stunning views on a clear day across to the Firth of Clyde.
We are often booked for our natural, relaxed style of wedding photography at Glenapp with Joanee and Andrew being no exception. By putting their trust in Paul to find those locations around the grounds and have the photo session feel more fun and and authentic to them as a couple it's a great recipe for timeless photographs.
For bride and grooms considering a Scottish castle wedding venue, Glenapp Castle is one venue often at the top of many lists for elopements and a wedding venue that we have a great deal of experience of photographing at.
